The information required in order of importance is:

1.   Surname and forename of relative.

2.   Surname and forename of mother/father/brothers/sisters/children.

3.   Religion (be specific if possible e.g. Presbyterian, Methodist, R.C etc)

4.   Approximate age in 1901.

5.   Town, county or country of birth.
